Victor Zambrano is 0-6 with the Colorado Sky Sox of the Pacific Coast League.

Scott Kazmir will be in New York on June 15th pitching for the American League All Stars.

Omar Minaya is still the General Manager of the Mets.

Just sayin'.

Mets Police, you sound like a dopey caller to the FAN on that one.

Jim Duquette made that deal - although I belive his hand was forced by 'sperm lottery' winner Jeff Wilpon - Duquette put the trade out to a committee and the tools voted yes. that is why you need a 'common sense' guy in the room for these kind of deals. A guy like that would have said - "this team isn't in it, we shouldn't trade our best prospect for a medicore guy on the worst team in baseball. Oh, he has a tender elbow?? Well that seals it - don't make the deal."

lets just say that guy wasn't in the room that day.

I expect one of the following.

1)Mets Police prints a retraction saying they blew it by accusing Omar of this deal
2)Mets Police says he likes the black and says Pedro is a real Met.
3)Takes a day off from the blog to regroup.

Choose one and get a shred of legitimacy back!
