I come not to bury the Mets but to praise them.
This is harmless fun. I doubt the Mets missed out on any free agent signings because Sandy and Terry spent some time making this. Are they world class actors? No. Can Patrick Stewart and Andre Braugher put together a winning ballclub?
The Mets have made great progress this off-season, and if they want to send out some fun videos from time to time.
Everyone needs to lighten up.

I chose the title for the video when I first posted it on the Apple. If you go back and read my post though I found it mostly harmless as well and just reveled in it’s cheesiness. I did question how effective this is in selling tickets buts that’s about it. Anyhow it’s interesting to see the video has ignited a firestorm on the interwebs.
The John Ricco one is menacing. Love the Jeff Wilpon one. And as for Terry and Sandy, at least this isn’t an organization which takes itself too seriously.
