Jose Reyes hits the Islanders game

Jose Reyes hit the Islanders game (really?) and he said…

“I feel sorry for them, but I’m not concerned at all about that,” Reyes said. “People have told me about that, but I don’t know too much about that situation. That is not for me to worry about, or about my contract right now.

via Mets shortstop Jose Reyes takes in Islanders game, says he feels healthy, expects big things.

  1. Glad he took in his first hockey game, but hey, Jose, you were hurt most of last year, would it not have been a better idea to be in PSL and get an early start?

  2. Yesterday, David Wright is shown down in PSL taking infield, and Jose is shown sitting at an Islanders game. I might sound like I am nitpicking, but that really ticked me off. Get your tail down to Florida, Jose. Enough BS. Get yourself ready to play ball. For the first time I am begining to think it wouldn’t be such a bad idea to trade him.
