Steve D points out that the Seaver bobblehead is on the anniversary of Tom’s 19 strikeout game and that the Hernandez bobblehead is on the anniversary of his first game as a Met.

  1. So Keith wore number 17…his first game as a Met was 6/17/83…the Mets clinched the NL East on 9/17/86…number 17 made the last putout and it was 17 years after the miracle of 1969.
