Mets Morning Laziness: Gsellmania, Ross the Pony and Cespedes wants to win!

It’s Gsellmania in Florida today and on SNY!

Well as everyone from Bruce Springsteen to Matt Harvey to Yoenis Cespedes has learned, first they make you king, then they make you pope and then they bring the rope….it was Yo’s turn to catch grief.   #TheNarrative was that his priority was that he wanted to win the MVP, but now he clarified it that he wants to win the World Series.  Relax everyone.  Details here.

None of this matters anyway because today we sign our own death warrant.

Familia is going to get 20 games or 30 games or no games or a million games.  It would be nice if MLB would tell the Mets.  Recap here on Familia asking for leniency.

Want to watch Tim Tebow strike out on three pitches?  For you Tebow fans, the Flies are selling more Tebow shirts.    Are you ready Tim Tebow?

Speaking of t-shirts, I think I love this Matt Harvey t-shirt but not for the reason Nike intended.

The Mets built a pitching mound for a Bronx school.

The Rumble Ponies insist on making me do eye-rolls

As I mentioned yesterday, a local newspaper is very excited about this:

Interesting. I guess if the Mets pitch well, don’t get hurt, and hit a lot they really could make the playoffs! I wonder what the other 47.5 pages have in store for us fans!.
