Mets Police Morning Laziness: Busting Out with Busta Rhymes

SLACKISH REACTION: was nice to have Keith back.  I turned the game off at 10pm (as I do by rule) and switched to the news.  This stuff of separating children from their parents is horrific and actually had me crying as I went to sleep.  I don’t know what kind of people we have become.

Anyway, that’s not why you’re here – the Mets scored 12 runs, which doubles their total runs fo the month of June to 24.  You aren’t sure if that’s accurate, but more importantly you’re not sure it isn’t!

The red hot Mets have won three straight and are just TEN GAMES BACK!

Fun installment of Sterling or Scully. Listen to Gare call Nimmo’s inside the parker.

It’s not good when the All Star Game voting update only mentions one Mets player and that player is Mike Piazza.

Who else is psyched for Vargas Day?!

LAST START: Tossed 5.0 innings, allowing three runs, earned, on five hits while walking two and striking out five…Allowed two home runs and suffered the loss in the Mets’ 6-3 defeat at Chase Field on June 14.

LAST FIVE OUTINGS: Since beginning the season 0-3 with a 13.86 ERA (19 earned runs/12.1 innings) in his first three starts, Vargas has gone 2-2 and posted a 3.91 ERA (10 earned runs/23.0 innings) in his last five games, completing 5.0 innings four times in those five starts while striking out one batter per inning (23 strikeouts/23.0 innings)..

Cool.

The Mets social media account can be so nauseating lame some times. Like this…
