Mets Lucky Pinstripes win again!

I’m glad that the manager established that uniforms are the primary instrument that cause the Mets to win or lose.  I would have thought it was Jason Bay playing LF as opposed to basically me playing left, but I’m not going to argue with TC.

With a two game winning streak in the traditional blue pinstripes (well except for that pesky dropshadow) will the Mets mess with their look just to match the civilians in their black Seinfeld caps tonight?

I’m heading to the game and looking forward to it.  I haven’t been out to Citi in almost a month, and I am dragging Mets Police Mom along.  She’ll probably wear her Stars and Stripes jersey which she loves.

I see the story about the former 1986 Mets player and as I have said in the past, I try to avoid that stuff when I can.  It’s all just sad.  I’d rather focus on folks like Edgardo Alfonzo and John Franco who were at the game last night.

As for me, I have to suit up (haven’t picked the jersey of the day yet), stop off at the Unnamed Donuts Chain (Mets Police powered by Unnamed Donuts Chain would be a great sponsor), and then go do some athletics and chores.  I have some posts lined up and I’ll see you at Citi.

I just decided to go pinstriped Mazzilli.   The Mets are 1-0 when I attend games in a Lee Mazzilli jersey.  Support the pins.
