Lee Maz would run this team into the ground even worse than Randolph. They need someone who is gonna come in and demand their respect. Too bad Jim Leyland isn’t available…yet.
Had the Mets made a move in October they could have grabbed Torre. Hard to argue with Leyland getting results.
Maybe they could have Buck Showalter manage the rest of the year and then fire him. That usually guarantees you win the World Series the next season.
