>The Clock Stopped at 12:21 at Yankee Stadium

>On the way home from the final game at Yankee Stadium.

I stayed about an hour after the game – the clock on the scoreboard froze at 12:21. Odd.

The 'ghosts' in their yellowish uniforms were really cool. The contrast between the white modern unis and the faux-retro was neat.

John Sterling got booed.

A-Rod got a middle reception during the 3B montage.

I'm pretty sure the Reggie Jackson tape they played on Diamondvision was off-speed…either that or someone dubbed Reggie's answers.

Setting the countdown clock to 'forever' and not zero was awful. That got booed too.

Things that should not come across the street: YMCA, Cotton Eyed Joe and a certain 21st Century 7th inning stretch that I will have me called unpatriotic if I name what it is.

The Orioles should have grooved a fastball to Jeter with the bases loaded. Somebody grooved a home run to Ripken in an all-star game so the O's of all people should understand.

Molina having the final home run is nearly unacceptable.

Amazing how much of the fan bias is toward the Torre Yankees. You'd think Wade Boggs was more important than Yogi.

I was very choked up until they announced Willie Randolph, then the rage snapped me out of it.

Yogi should have been the last one announced not Bernie.

The sons of the deceased players was a cool move.

I'd love to know how many pictures were taken tonight. I took 200 myself.

I hope the Mets took notes and do something half as cool. Deep down I know they'll blow it.

Osh41 and I decided the most appropriate way for the Mets to close out Shea would be for the bullpen to blow the lead in the 9th and cause the Mets to miss the playoffs. You can almost smell it.

One last MOSFU to ESPN. You don't know what an MOSFU is so I will tell you – it's like a Dane Cook SuFi aka FU to the max.

Very very cool night. Glad I was there.
