Congrats Curtis Granderson, winner of the Marvin Miller Man of the Year

You may recall that the Mets lost their minds and nominated The Virus to represent their team for the Marvin Miller Man of the Year.

The Marvin Miller Man of the Year Award is given annually to a Major League Baseball (MLB) player “whose on-field performance and contributions to his community inspire others to higher levels of achievement.” (wiki)

And who inspires the community than The Virus?  (What were the Mets thinking?  Can someone explain this?  Was Jose secretly working in soup kitchens on the side?)

Well, Jose did not win.  Curtis Granderson is the winner.  I like Curtis a lot.  Can someone start a rumor that he’s going to be on the 2019 Mets?

MLBPlayer.com has the details.
