I’m not even going to bother to excerpt from it because I’d have to excerpt the whole thing. In summary, it shows you what a nightmare the TV schedule would be, how awful the teams making it would be – and maybe most relevant to us Mets fans, say the 2019 Mets made it in as the 6 seed –
Do we really think the Mets are gonna bother spending money to become the 5 seed or the 2 seed? Nope, they will just sit tight and be happy being the 7 seed and hoping for the best.
It’s a terrible plan and we fans need to keep screaming about it.
