Danny Jansen homered off Matt Harvey to begin his second inning on the mound for the Orioles. It was an 85 mph slider on the outside corner, and Jansen went to right-center with it.

Look below at the poor naive beat reporter trying to make sense of it all. Matt made quick work of the Blue Jays….yeah because there was nobody on base. He’s fine until he isn’t. Did you not see the first inning?

He threw 31 pitches, fastball averaged 93 mph. Had one swinging strike on it and was around the zone with it often.
