You’re way too excited Tylor Megill is back for tonight’s Mets start

Tylor Megill seems to be back.

2022 STATS: 4-2, 4.50 ERA

In his first start since returning from the injured list, Megill faced his hometown team and went 3.1 innings against the Angels, on June 10…He gave up two runs on five hits, while striking out four and walking one batter…The two runs allowed came on a two-run home run by Brandon Marsh.

On June 5, Megill made a rehab start with the Binghamton Rumble Ponies…Megill allowed two runs over 3.2 innings and struck out five batters without issuing a walk…Megill threw 53 pitches, 36 strikes.
