Saw this article about the Iraqi baseball team and I can’t decide whether or not it is possible that Charlie Samuels is the equipment manager.
The case for: The Iraqi colors to the best of my knowledge don’t include blue. Thus it would be Charlie-like to have them dress in a color not associated with their team.
The case against: Charlie rarely dresses a baseball team in blue, so why would he do it with Iraq.
It seems likely that Charlie is not involved with Iraq’s baseball team at all…although the Iraqi’s may have some black uniforms I am unaware of.

Although I knew they had changed the start time of the Jets game to accommodate Jewish fans, I didn’t realize that that puts the game on at the same time as the Giants. Very interesting. In case you are curious it looks like we’ll get Chargers-Dolphins at 4 (not bad)…and you will want to bookmark this excellent site of NFL Distribution Maps.
Also at 1pm are the Yankees and Red Sox, and the Mets and the Marlins. I can’t wait to see what kind of ratings the Mets game will get…that game will be my 5th choice, behind the two football games, the Yankees game and checking my fantasy football scores online.
Has anyone bought this NFL Red Zone channel? I’ve heard good things..but I wonder how good it is at 4pm when fewer teams play?
